PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AT-F Series Frequency Counter is 8-bit high-brightness LED display advanced frequency counter with, 4 function operation, low power circuit design, small size, and light weight. It have a high-stability crystal oscillator temperature protection ( TCXO high temperature stability of security compensation oscillator 13MHz) to ensure measurement accuracy and wide to check the input signal with frequency, period and cumulative.
It has the self-test features such as the choice of input signal attenuation function. The feature and functions are controlled by a large-scale microprocessor.
